Here is where you can begin to fill out the information about your music. Hover the mouse over the “i” button for more information if you are unsure about anything.

    • Please note that the Product title should be the name of the single or album that you want to release, this should be in standard casing and not all in capital letters, nor should it all be in lower case.
    • The Version description is only needed if this is a remix or a version that is in some way different from the original.
    • Artist refers to the name that you perform under; list all of the performers on a separate line. There is no need to list each member of the band here, the band name is fine. The Display Artist is only needed if you are performing with another artist. Here you can add how you would like it to appear in stores such as “X band featuring Y artist”.
    • Only add the Barcode if you have one, otherwise you can leave this blank and the system will automatically fill out in this section for you when you submit the finished release.
    • The Price band section is the price that you like to sell your release for. For a single, Premium refers to 99 pence / cents, Full refers to 79 pence / cents, Mid is 69 pence / cents and Budget would be around 59 pence / cents, however please note that this is only a guide.

    • You only need to enter the ISRC code if you have one, don’t worry if not as the system will automatically generate one for you as you submit the release to us.
    • (P) refers to whoever owns the rights to the recording, this may be an individual or a record label.
    • Select the genres that correspond to the individual song, sub genres are not mandatory fields but may aid in the discovery of your music.

From here, you will be able to view each song that has been added to the release. Click on the “Add music” button, as highlighted, to upload the music file for each song. Follow the on-screen instructions to select the file from your computer and wait while it uploads.
